Challenge & Objective

The client was generating traffic consistently but struggled with low quality leads and inconsistent return on ad spend. Paid campaigns lacked structure, creative testing was limited, and conversion tracking was not fully optimized, resulting in inefficient scaling.

Our objective was clear, improve lead quality, increase conversion rate, scale paid media efficiently, and achieve sustainable ROAS growth without increasing wasted spend.

Strategy & Results

We rebuilt the full performance marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion. This included structured creative testing campaigns, refined audience segmentation, advanced retargeting strategies, and implementation of accurate conversion tracking and performance analytics. We also introduced high converting short form video creatives tailored to each audience segment.

Within 90 days, performance improved significantly. Qualified leads increased by 2.8x, conversion rate improved by 41 percent, ROAS scaled from 1.9x to 4.3x, and monthly revenue grew by 65 percent. The marketing system transitioned from reactive spending to structured, scalable growth.
