Strategy & Results
We implemented a structured task management system to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Weekly KPI based reporting frameworks were introduced to ensure proactive optimization. We standardized ad testing and scaling processes across accounts and automated reporting and performance tracking to reduce manual oversight.
The system delivered measurable impact. Average ROAS was maintained at 3.8x across accounts, production turnaround time decreased by 30 percent, total monthly managed ad spend increased by 120 percent, and profit margins improved by 22 percent. The operation transitioned from reactive management to structured, scalable performance control.
